Southern West Virginia offers many opportunities for recreational activities and relaxation. Country Road Cabins provides 12 newly built, luxurious log cabins for family groups in a scenic wooded area near two national recreation areas.

Owners Paul and Jennifer Breuer have tried to think of everything to make their guests feel at home. Each cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, color TV/VCR with Dish Network cable, telephone, spacious deck with hot tub and gas grill, wood or gas fireplace (except the Cherokee) and central heating and cooling. There are also lots of extra amenities like bed linens and towels, morning coffee and tea, filters, creamer, paper towels, etc.

Nearby the opportunities are endless for recreation. The New and Gauley Rivers feature world-class whitewater with Mountain River Tours. Other activities include horseback riding, rappelling, mountain biking, golf, fishing, sightseeing, state parks, and boating at nearby Summersville Lake.
